Shang Han Lun Interview Part 2 - Body Types with Dr Huang

Very interesting about the body type diagnosis. I have not heard much about the type of body type's he is talking about (Huang Qin type, Ma Huang type, ... ) does anyone know where I can find out more about body type diagnosis which he is talking about in this interview ?

Hi Ryan,

I believe that these body type classifications are unique to Dr Huang and he has written books on the subject. His books are currently only in Chinese, but Michael Max in Seattle is in the process of translating Dr. Huangs most popular book "Shi Da Lei Fang" (the 10 major formula families), which really is a fantastic and innovative book.
You can check out Michaels website on the subject at www.classicformulas.com, which probably has the most information on Dr. Huangs theories (in english).
