Fat tongue, teethmarks along the sides, tongue coating -somewhat scaly and thick?. It seems that there is dampness. It depends on the lighting of the photo ,the tongue colour could be pale as well with a crack in the middle of the tongue--spleen and stomach qi deficiency.
