Liver Spots

The treatment of Liver spots can be treated with external treatment.  Use the inside of very ripe (brown)  banana peel (the white part), put on spots every night for a few weeks to a few months, This can work quite well if followed for a few weeks.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, if one can tonify the Liver Kidney blood and Yin it can help diminish these spots.
