Impotence (inability to achieve full erection) and premature ejaculation during ages of regular sexual practices (16-64 +/-).
This is usually due to Kidney disorders but can also be caused by external factors, chronic illness, stress, and depression.  Depression seems to be a very common cause of impotence.
