Meridian: KIDNEY, LIVER, SPLEEN, STOMACH

-warms middle, disperse cold, relieve liver channel to alleviate pain
redirects stomach Qi downwards – vomiting of sour fluids
-leads fire downwards – mouth/tongue cankers
-warms spleen & expels damp cold - stops diarrhea
