Properties: SWEET, PUNGENT - COLD
Dosage: 9-30g.
Meridian: LUNG, STOMACH

-clear heat, drain fire
–high fever with no chill, excessive thirst and sweat
-clear excess lung heat
–cough, wheezing, fever, thick yellow sputum
-clears blazing stomach fire
–headache, toothache, painful gums, halitosis
-topically – eczema, burns, ulcerated sores
