The functions of this traditional chinese medicine formula are to stabilize uterine bleeding while transforming blood stasis. This TCM herbal formula is best suited for conditions of uterine bleeding due to deficiency cold allowing blood to leave the channels. The blood collects in the lower jiao creating stasis of both Qi and blood.

Preparation Instructions of Zhen Ling Dan
When preparing this natural chinese medicine formula all the herbal ingredients are ground into a powder except Zhu Shao (Cinnabar). To the ground herbs add 120 grams of ground glutinous rice and water. Form mixture into a pills coating each pills with the last ingredient (Zhu Sha). Take one large Pill (9-12grams) once a day with water or wine on an empty stomach.
