The functions of this TCM herbal formula are to clear damp heat and unblock the channels to alleviate painful obstructions.  The formula is mainly suited for conditions of  painful obstruction to damp heat stagnation within the channels.  This is the steaming of damp heat which causes a fever and blocks normal yang Qi circulation which leads to shaking and chills.

Guang Fang Ji   (Radix Aristolochiae Fangchi, Aristolochia Root, Stephania) - 15g.

-expels damp heat in upper jiao, expels superficial swellings, induces urination

Xing Ren   (Semen Pruni Armeniacae, Apricot Seed) - 15g.

-regulates lung Qi and water metabolism

Yi Yi Ren   (Semen Coicis Lachryma Jobi, Seeds of Job’s Tears, Coix) - 15g.

Can Sha   (Excrementum Bombycis Mori, Silkworm Feces) - 9g.
