Tian Nan Xing   (Fresh Ginger Prepared Rhizoma Arisaematis, Jack in the Pulpit Rhizome) - 180g.

-expels wind, expels phlegm

MoYao   (Myrrha, Myrrh) - 66g.

-invigorate blood, increase circulation in the channels

Ru Xiang   (Gummi Olibanum, Frankincense, Mastic) - 66g.

Preparation Instructions of Xiao Huo Luo Dan

This natural chinese medicine formula should be ground into a powder and formed into pills with honey.  Each dosage is approximately 3 grams and should be taken 2 times per day with wine or warm water.  Wine increases the blood invigorating functions of this herbal formula.
