Zhu Ru  (Caulis Bambusae in Taeniis, Bamboo Shavings) - 6g.
-clear heat and phlegm from the gallbladder and stomach, direct rebel Qi downwards
Zhi Shi  (Fructus Immaturus Citri Aurantii, Immature Fruit of Bitter Orange) - 6g.
-direct rebellious Qi downwards, relieves focal distention
Ban Xia  (Rhizoma Pinelliae Tematae, Pinellia Rhizome) - 6g.
-dries dampness, expels phlegm, regulate and harmonize middle jiao Qi
Chen Pi  (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Tangerine Peel, Citrus) - 9g.

Fu Ling  (Sclerotium Poriae Cocos, China Root, Poria, Hoelen) - 4.5g.
