Wan-Dai-Tang

Chinese Herbal Formulas That Stabilize the Womb

Wan Dai Tang  -  End Discharge Decoction

Main Actions for Wan Dai Tang

The functions of this traditional chinese medicine formula are to tonify the middle jiao to strengthen the spleen, transform dampness and stop vaginal discharge.  This TCM herbal formula is best suited for conditions of vaginal discharge (Bai Dai) associated with disorders of the Dai Mai (girdle or belt vessel).  When the spleen is deficient it is unable to transport or transform the food and drink.  Dampness occurs stagnating in the lower jiao and becomes turbid which further weakens the spleens functions.  The turbid dampness seeps downwards and becomes the vaginal discharge.
