Sheng Ce Bai Ye   (Raw Cacumen Biotae Orientalis, Leafy twig of Arbo vitae, Biota Leaves) - 12g.

Xian Di Huang   (Radix Rehmanniae Glutinosae Recens) - 15-24g.

-clears heat in the blood, stops bleeding, nourish yin and generates fluids

Sheng He Ye   (Raw Folium Nelumbinis Nuciuferae, Lotus Leaf) - 9-12g.

Preparation Instructions of Si Sheng Wan

When preparing this natural chinese herbal formula all herbal ingredients should be ground into a powder and made into a paste with the moisture from the raw herbs.  This formula is also prepared as a decoction and taken either cool or warm in the above specified dosage.

Additional Points on Si Sheng Wan

The reason this herbal formula uses fresh herbs is to increase it’s ability to cool the blood.  Si Sheng Wan is indicated for conditions which has less bleeding and is generally less severe than the indications for Shi Hui San (Ten Partially Charred Substances Powder).
