Long Gu   (Os Draconis, Dragon Bone, Fossilized Vertebrae) - 12-30g.

-binds up essence, calms spirit

Ren Shen   (Radix Ginseng, Ginseng Root) - 9-12g.

Fu Shen   (Sclerotium Poriae Cocos Pararadicis, Poria Spirit) - 9-12g.

Preparation Instructions of Sang Piao Xiao San

When preparing this natural chinese medicine formula all ingredients should be ground into a fine powder and taken in 6 gram doses before going to bed.  The powder is generally taken with a draft of Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) although today this herb is generally replaced with Dang Shen using two – three times the dosage.
