Tao Ren   (Semen Persicae, Peach Kernel, Persica) - 9g.

Dang Gui   (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chinese Angelica root, tang-kuei) - 9g.

Sheng Di Huang   (Radix Rehmanniae Glutinosae, Chinese Foxglove Root, Rehmannia) - 30g.

Preparation Instructions of Run Chang Wan

This natural herbal formula should be ground into a fine powder and made into pills with honey.  A daily dosage of 15g is usually recommended.
