Dang Gui  (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chinese Angelica Root, Tang-kuei) - 6-9g.
-invigorates and tonify liver blood
Gou Qi Zi  (Fructus Lycii, Chinese Wolfberry Fruit, Lycium) - 9g.
-tonify liver and kidney Qi and blood
Xiao Hui Xiang  (Fructus Foeniculi Vulgaris, Fennel Fruit) - 6g.
-warms kidney, expels cold
Rou Gui  (Cortex Cinnamorni Cassiae, Cinnamon Bark) - 3-6g.
-warm and tonify kidney and liver
Wu Yao  (Radix Linderae Strychnifoliae, Lindera Root) - 6g.
-promote Qi circulation, alleviate pain in the lower abdomen
Chen Xiang  (Lignum Aquilariae, Aloeswood, Aquilaria) - 3g.
