Dang Gui (Radeix Angelicae Sinensis, Chinese Angelica Root, Tangkuei) - 9g.

Sheng Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Officinalis Recens, Fresh Ginger Rhizome) - 15g.

Yang Rou (Mutton) - 48g.

This Chinese Medicine herbal formula should be prepared by simmering eight cups of water down to 3 cups of water and taken warm as a draft.
