Riverside Acupunture Fertility Centre

The Riverside Acupuncture Fertility Centre has three professional Oriental medical practitioners, Calvin Dale Smith, Margaret Ozols, and Steve Ryu, who have taken a special interest in fertility enhancement. The RAFC also has three registered massage therapists and three "energy workers" who assist in this work. Our clientele includes those who are trying to conceive through ART, and those who are trying to conceive through more "natural" means/modalities.
We are currently working closely with the Ottawa Fertility Centre, a western medical ART facility. We have done approximately 100 on-site acupuncture pre and post embryo transfer treatments at the OFC, in the first nine months of this year (2007).
