Qi Gong CD's

Hello All
 
I'm looking for a good Qi Gong CD or DVD that I can give to my patients for home use.  Has anyone had any success with either of these ?  I don't want to purchase a generic one, I'd rather have a recommendation of one that is good.   
any I deas ?
