Referral for Australian practitioner

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a competent practitioner in the Melbourne or
Victoria area of Australia. I am treating a young 6 year old with
atopic eczema right now who is moving from Canada to her native land
within the next month and a half. If any one knows of an experienced
practitioner skilled in the treatment of dermatology and children
please let me know.
