Liver Lines

We really enjoyed your TCM diagnosis seminar in Ireland recently. It has raised some issues regarding liver lines. We were arguing as to whether liver lines referred to the horizontal lines above the eyebrows or the (substantially) vertical lines between the eyebrows. Indeed this raised another question; are the liver lines only regarded as liver lines if they are visible without frowning i.e. some people have deeply furrowed brows at all times, others it's only really apparent when they frown. On very close examination you may see very fine lines, that really only become furrowed on frowning.

Thanks again for a great seminar and by the way, Sionneau's series of diagnosis books is just great!
