I thought I would ask a question re asking patients for success stories/testimonials. It is my experience that most patients genuinely want to provide a pracititioner with a success story. The follow through on this, however, is usually quite deficient. What are fellow practitioners doing to ensure that they do in fact get a patient testimonial? One thought I had was to create three or four questions that they could answer re their experiences with you and their treatment process and then take those answers and self write a testimonial. Once written it could be sent to the patient for final approval before posting on your website or clinic ads etc. Any other thoughts, suggestions, ideas etc?
