I have been using one of the big name acupuncture practice management programs for my patient contact info and inventory sales and billing for years. I no longer use the calender it provides to schedule because I cannot access it remotely so I use something else. I hardly bill insurance so I am looking for an alternative to using the HCFA billing they provided. I am very unhappy with aspects of the program, every time they update something else gets wonky and lately when we enter patient info it just suddenly disappears. I soon have to renew my license but after years of problems, I am not going to renew. So,
does anyone use microsoft Access for patient info, cash billing, reports and inventory? If so please tell me your experience.
