I Couldn't Believe My Eyes When I Got This E-mail.

An acupuncturist just forwarded me an e-mail from the AAAOM (American Association of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine,) requesting we write to our congressional representatives about supporting Bill HR 646, The Federal Acupuncture Coverage Act.

I couldn't believe my eyes. If this bill passes can you imagine the positive impact it will have on your profession and the future of your practice? So I got on the horn and e-mailed the practitioners on my list and asked them to please pass this on to everybody they know. This is not one to put off for later.

I told them to make sure they visit the AAAOM website and fill out the automated email to send to their respective congressmen. I sent mine and it was a piece of cake. I literally timed it and it took me 1 minute and 58 seconds. It even tells you how many people have signed it before you. I am the 1092 person to submit it in Florida. Pretty cool right?
