A little bit of this and a little bit of that,..

3D ultra sound pics of the little BOY attached, check it out we caught him smiling, he is so cute. We just finished our move into a bigger space so that the family can expand and live comfortably, and by the way, it is such a comfy place and it just feels so right to finally be in the right space. The queen has grown quite a bit and is really growing into the reproductive goddess that I knew she would be. Some pains in the lower belly and starting to feel the burden of carrying around a child on her belly, but all in all she is doing great (except for the fact she caught a cold). I think we are all worn out from this move, especially the queen. Guyz, not sure about your lady, but mine still thinks she can do anything, so when we were moving she needed to be constantly reminded that it was her job to sit, and...maybe help clean at the end!!!! They should not be doing any heavy lifting at all, but believe me they will try.

Because the queen has some diabetes in the family, AND she has a bit of a sweet tooth, the midwife ordered a blood glucose test to make sure gestational diabetes is not occurring. Also, the beautiful mother-21-be has been getting leg cramps/restless legs, especially later in the evenings. It may be a deficiency of calcium, but it also seems to help when she gets up to walk,...so help her up and go for a stroll with her.

We also bought a stroller, a rock star baby stroller from craigslist.org. I do not know a lot about strollers but I guess this is a nice one. The queen did most of the research when it came to strollers, and my opinion is that it just comes down to a couple test drives, determining what class ($) you want to drive, what you want to use it for, and ... wait, yes, it is just like buying a car. Just trust in the universe that most will do the job you need it to?!?!

Next step is a car seat,...I am told Sears is our destination, although I will get back to you on this one!

The baby's hands are now fully developed and groping around in the darkness.
Brain and nerve endings are developed enough now so he can feel the sensation of touch.
That doesn't necessarily mean he can feel you poking the belly!
Arms and legs have grown to almost the proportions they will be at birth, which is still sort of short. So don't be alarmed when your newborn's arms barely clear his waist.
Baby's nostrils, which have been plugged up until now, clear out (like he's taken a super-dose of Sudafed) and he can practice breathing through the nose.
The structures of baby's spine are now made up of 150 joints, 33 rings and some 1,000 ligaments.
The capillaries, the teeniest blood vessels, are now forming in baby's body, giving his formerly translucent skin a pink glow. The blood vessels in the lungs also develop this week.
Baby weighs about a pound and a half and is about 13½ inches long
