Human Resources: managing your staff

Successful management of your clinic staff may very well be the absolute key to the success of your business. My thoughts are that first you find the right people, then your business will grow more than you could ever expect. Although, please note, that even the right people have needs, wants, visions, and emotions. As a manager you must ALWAYS be there in an emotionally intelligent way for your staff, and, you must ALWAYS be managing from a socially intelligent place. You must set the example for how you want your staff to be and treat each other, you, and themselves. Pioneers such as Stephen Covey, John Kabat-Zin, the Dali Lama, and Daniel Goldman are just a few of the people I recommend learning from in order take your clinic from being good to being great!
