Oh boy,...almost 1/2 way! The detailed ultrasound went amazing,...baby posed perfectly for the camera, and the already proud parents were told that our baby was 'perfect',...yes, that's right, 'perfect'!!!!!!!! Also, not sure if I mentioned that the triple screen was also, 'perfect', no worries about problems with baby, whew!

Baby is 5.5 inches or 15cm from rump to crown. We are going to get a detailed ultrasound so that we can see if all the organs are developing normally. I am told this is a 'do not miss' ultrasound as you will truly see your baby just hangin' out in mom,...it is now clear that you are having a baby, not an alien.

Oh My God,...I do not want to speak too soon or cast any sort of Jinx on anything,...but can I tell you a secret,...all seems to be well right now. We took a few days off, relaxed, played a little. My queen had no headaches, the nausea is completely gone, and belly continues to grow.

WOW, just got back from the midwifes office and heard the little bears heartbeat on the little doppler ultrasound machine...so cool and thus marks the end of the profoundly fear filled first trimester, WHEW.

Ahhhh 13 weeks!

Saw father in law for the first time since the pregnant thing happened. He is so happy, something special between daughters and fathers, so cute! Went well, and I told father that I would do everything in my power to take care of his daughter and grandchild, it was caught on film, cherished moment that meant a lot to my queen!

My queen is starting to have more days without nausea, more good food trickling back into life. Life changes are setting in, yes, I have started to do the big budget, make sure mama and baby will be ok. A 4 door car?
