I'm curious about a few acupuncture devices and how they may affect our results. 1. Is a TDP lamp just as effective as moxa? For warming the uterus? For injuries? 2. Is Biomeridian testing a reliable diagnositc tool? 3. Does it matter if your cupping technique includes fire or just relies on suction? 4. Is smokeless moxa as effective as regular moxa?

Has anyone treated an infertility patient with a hydrosalpinx? How would one go about treating this with herbs. Patient is already on doxycycline from the RE and would like herbs to enhance fertility prior to her IVF. Thanks Samantha

I have a patient with a history of endometriosis who has had 1 IVF and 4 IUI's fail. She is 31 y.o. and has a history of ulcerative colitis which has mellowed to mild IBS that occasionally manifests as diarrhea or nausea and heartburn. She has cold hands and feet, P=slow, weak, thin, T=dusky, thin white coat, tendency toward insomnia in the luteal phase that ends when period begins.
