Patient Referals who wants them?

I am treating a number of people on a crusie ship. I am getting asked for referals as well as chronic cases need direct follow-up. I would like to have a list of practitioners that would be willing to take on these new patients. From various US cities. I also would like to be compensated with a percentage on the initial consultation. THen they are all yours.
If anyone knows how to organize this let me know.

Just got a new patient !
While she was away on a cruise the acupuncturist on board suggested she see a TCM practitioner for her broken toe and ganglion, she came home looked up a practitioner in her area - Me !!
Acupuncturists are becoming more and more popular on cruise ships, great exposure for us TCM'ers
