I have a patient with a history of fibroids and cold womb. She has successfully shrunk fibroids with herbs in the past, but is now 7 weeks pregnant and ultrasound shows a 10cm x 8.5 cm in the muscles of the uterus. Does anyone know a good approach to 1. support and secure the fetus and 2. shrink the fibroid? Acupoints and herb formulas would be appreciated. Would moxa or TDP be indicated?
